Situated on the upper ridge of Skyline Drive, with an unsurpassed panoramic view of magnificent Kachemak Bay, the Kenai Mountains, and five glaciers from the Harding Ice Field, this beautiful bed and breakfast is just minutes from downtown Homer. We offer two units to choose from for your stay while here on the Kenai Peninsula. While both units have a private entry, they do have an adjoining door that can be opened to accommodate large parties of up to 12. A custom, wonderfully private, two bedroom, one bath suite, has it's own entrance, full kitchen, living room with comfortable sleeper sofa, satellite TV, phone, BBQ grill, and freezer space for your catch of the day. The second unit is a studio with kitchenette, living room, satellite TV, and bath. It has one queen bed, two twins and a queen sofa sleeper.There is even a stainless steel fish cleaning station! The rooms each are charmingly appointed with a queen bed, 200 thread count cotton sheets, down comforters and pillows and handmade quilts.  Each evening, your life-long Alaskan hosts, Beth and Kurt, will provide a variety of goodies, such as coffees, teas, cocoa, milk, cereals, and baked goods like muffins, bagels, breads, or scones, so that guests can help themselves to a lovely continental breakfast at their leisure in the morning. These warm, welcoming folks will make you feel right at home, and can also help arrange for you, fishing charters, horseback riding excursions, kayaking adventures, bear viewing, whale watching and even four wheeling trips! Stroll around the naturally landscaped acres or relax after a long day on your private viewing deck as eagles and Sand Hill Cranes soar above you. Swap fish tales and adventure stories while roasting marshmallows around the fire pit.
